VALVE REPAIR MANAGER


Position Summary

The Valve Repair Manager is responsible for overseeing operations of all aspects of repair shop activities across multiple branch locations. This role ensures efficient workflow, high–quality service delivery, staff supervision, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will drive business growth by implementing operational strategies that enhance productivity, improve profitability, and support achievement of sales targets. This leadership position plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive work culture and maintaining high operational standards.

Position Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency, increase profitability, and expand market share.
  • Oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency in service quality and adherence to company standards.
  • Manage and control budgets, forecasts, and expenses to maintain strong financial performance.
  • Lead and support repair shops managers and teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service departments to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Monitor performance metrics, KPIs, and financial targets to ensure branch–level accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular site visits, operational audits, and compliance checks to ensure uniformity and adherence to best practices.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate management and key staff, fostering leadership development and team engagement.
  • Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, industry regulations, and internal policies.
  • Uphold high ethical standards and a strong focus on safety and professionalism.
Certifications/Skills:
  • •Proven leadership experience in operations or repair management.
  • Solid understanding of modern management practices and operational optimization.
  • Ability to set and achieve sales and production targets.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, safety guidelines, and regulatory compliance.

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Minimum Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within an industrial or manufacturing repair environment.

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, 25 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly.
  • Must be able to climb stairs and ladders as needed.
  • Regular and punctual attendance is required.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods in an industrial or outdoor setting.
  • Must have strong verbal communication skills, visual acuity for screen and written data, and manual dexterity for handling equipment and computer tasks.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to multiple worksite locations as needed.
