CECO offers an upgrade to the industry standard carbon filled ptfe at no additional cost. Unlike the competition, Resilon-T® C333 has a higher percentage filler for our standard grade of material. This translates into better physical properties, including improved tensile strength and reduced creep as well as the ductility to be used as a solid rider band.
C333 is a versatile grade that can be run lubricated or non-lubricated. The maximum operating conditions are 300°F at 1200 psi in lubricated applications.
CECO stocks C333 bushings in large quantities in a variety of sizes ranging from 1" to 36" in diameter for immediate manufacturing. Please consult your CECO sales representative for recommendations for your specific operating conditions.
